- 1988-89: Court internship, start of doctoral studies and comparative legal research in the UK
- 1990-92: Member of the legal department of a renowned Liechtenstein trust enterprise
- 1993: Completed doctoral thesis on Liechtenstein’s trust law
- 1994: Awarded doctorate by the Leopold-Franzens-University in Innsbruck
- 1993-96: Trainee lawyer
- Since 01.06.1996: Independent attorney-at-law with own office in Bregenz
- 1997-2004: Selected to carry out legal research into Liechtenstein foundation law by the Liechtenstein Institute in Bendern
- 2005: Publication of research: “Liechtensteinisches Stiftungsrecht”
- 2006-08: Lecturer in Liechtenstein foundation law at the University for Human Sciences in the Principality of Liechtenstein
